Award winning Executive Chef Daniel Patino brings his extensive fine dining training and practices to Salad and Go, delivering an incomparable menu of irresistible flavor combinations.

Chef Patino has a rich and diverse culinary background. Prior to serving as Executive Chef at Bourbon Steak Scottsdale, Chef Patino headed the kitchen at Arcadia Modern American Steakhouse in San Jose, CA, where he received recognition by Michelin Guide in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Chef Patino also received Best Chef and Best American Restaurant by the San Jose Mercury in 2009. In 2010 Chef Patino was selected by Marriott Hotel to represent the State of California on a cooking tour in Asia that took him to Vietnam where he led a team of thirty chefs to give the country a taste of California Cuisine.

Prior to Arcadia, Chef Patino worked in a number of highly acclaimed restaurants including Daniel in New York City, Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago, and the legendary Stars restaurant in San Francisco and Seattle, widely considered to be the birthplace of California Cuisine.

Chef Patino received his culinary training from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, after first finding his passion for the restaurant industry while cooking at the historic U.S. Grant Hotel in San Diego during his enlistment with the U.S. Marine Corps.
